Famous Luxury Brands is a relatively new company based in France. We are trying to create a new trusted brand name and therefore, we try extra hard to keep all our customers happy. 

We try to stay inside the rules (our rules and the law), but we also realise that there are always exceptions. So, we also adhere to the unspoken rules of fairness to our customers. 

We know that our most valuable business asset is you, and therefore we are even willing to lose money rather than losing you!
