How long does delivery take?

We offer 2 delivery options:
STANDARD - free or
EXPRESS* €20 | $23

Orders placed with STANDARD delivery:
Monday – Friday noon: your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours.
Friday – Sunday: your item(s) will be shipped the next 1-2 business days.

Delivering your package.
Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery in:
1. U.S. and Canada: 5-7 days*
2. EU: 6-9 days*
2. International / all other regions, 7-10 days*

Orders placed with EXPRESS delivery:

We will process your order with priority and aim to dispatch within the next business day.

- US and Canada: 3-5 days*

*Available for qualifying items in select regions: US and Canada. Regional and remote destinations may take longer.

Please note this may take longer during peak-trade periods. As soon as your package has been dispatched, we will notify you with relevant tracking details to help monitor the progress of your parcel. Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide.

Are you selling Verified Authentic Products?

We offer the finest collection of authentic luxury brands. The products are sourced from Europe, primarily Italy. We only work with suppliers that are highly reputable and have a long and close history of trading with the luxury brands and their licensees.
The integrity of our supply chain verifies the authenticity of the products we sell. This includes inquiries to ensure that our suppliers have an established reputation for supplying authentic products to other retailers and trace the product through the supply chain.

How can you offer such discounts?

We are able to offer these reduced prices by importing directly from European retailers and suppliers, primarily from Italy. This allows us access to better pricing and access to a larger quantity of genuine luxury goods.

Some of the products may include overstock for European retailers, but the products are always new (never used or pre-owned). In these cases the benefit of this arrangement is shared with you, as it allows us to sell the product at a more competitive retail price (discount to recommended retail price) than if we were buying it directly from the brand.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide to selected regions, including United States and Canada, China, Hong Kong SAR China, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

What's your returns policy?

Read our Return and Refund Policy here to make sure you qualify to submit your return. You’ll have up to 7 days after receiving your order to initiate a return.

You may return an item for:
• Change of mind returns* — we process refunds as store credit.
• We sent you the wrong item or the item we sent is faulty — we process refunds back to the original payment method or as store credit if your prefer.
• Exchange for the same or another product.

Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at discretion of this store.

When offering an exchange or refund as mentioned above, the item(s) must meet the following conditions*:

• The item must be unworn and unused.
• Any security seal, tag, or label* must remain intact and untampered with, and attached to the product.
• The item must be in a saleable condition, including the original packaging, which must remain intact. This includes branded dust bags, care, and/or authenticity cards.

What's your refund policy?

Change of mind returns will incur a handling fee. Fees differ depending on the region. To understand how handling fees are calculated, read our Return and Refund Policy. Shipping fees (if applicable) will not be refunded.
